Auf mehrfache Anregung möchte ich Euch etwas über Honigwein, auch als Met bekannt erzählen.

Ich habe im Frühling 2010 das erste Mal Met angesetzt. War eine spontane Schnapsidee, Gärballon bestellt, Reinzuchthefen gekauft, Honig besorgt, das ganze nach dem ersten Rezept gemacht, dass ich bei Google gefunden hab – naja – eigentlich etwas vereinfacht.
Jedenfalls, Most gemacht, Hefe dazu, Gärballon in den Keller gestellt und erstmal in Ruhe gelassen.

Uuuuund nach einigem Warten, Arbeit, Warten, viel Kleckerei, Warten, Umschütten, Warten, Warten und Geduld, Warten und Abfüllen gabs das hier:

Wie es dazu kommt, was man dazu braucht und was ich so dabei gelernt habe erzähl ich Euch in diesem Faden.

Mittlerweile hab ich einige Abfüllungen mehr gemacht, aus Spaß und Interesse an etwas Gutem zu trinken. Ich werde hier ein paar verschiedene Typen vorstellen, flache Witze reißen, ein paar Bilder von meinem Nächsten Ansatz posten und was ihr wollt auch noch.
